The Phoenix Electrical JATC is seeking an Assistant to help the current Training Director with leading and managing the Installer-Technician Apprenticeship and Training program at Phoenix Electrical JATC.
The position requires director-level knowledge of JATC standards, policies, registration, and expertise in the Electrical Training Alliance Installer-Technician curriculum and telecom apprenticeship standards.
The Assistant Training Director oversees curriculum design, budgeting, staffing, and facility development for the Installer-Technician apprenticeship program, ensuring on-the-job training matches classroom instruction.Please see the document at the link below for more details:
